The engine assembly and inspection line includes cylinder head sub-assembly line, piston connecting rod sub-assembly line, cylinder block sub-assembly line, final assembly line, running-in line, quality management system, and fixtures, etc. The assembly test line is modularized and standardized, including Conveyor line body, tooling tray, press-fitting inspection, glue coating and tightening, etc.
